Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a consultation or treatment with Canova Medical, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • “Canova Medical” means Canova Medical Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 05163384) with its registered office at 36A Alderley Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1JX;
  • “Client” means any person who books a consultation or treatment with Canova Medical;
  • “Treatment” means any medical, surgical, or cosmetic procedure provided by Canova Medical;
  • “Practitioner” means any doctor, surgeon, nurse, or other healthcare professional employed by or affiliated with Canova Medical.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and during consultations is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website.

Canova Medical does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on our website or during consultations.

3. Consultations and Treatments

3.1 Consultations

All consultations with Canova Medical are subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate clients’ preferred dates and times, we cannot guarantee availability.

Consultations for surgical treatments take 1 hour; consultations for non-surgical treatments are 30 minutes.

3.2 Suitability for Treatment

The suitability of any client for a particular treatment will be determined by our practitioners based on their professional judgment and medical expertise. Canova Medical reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client deemed unsuitable for medical, psychological, or other reasons.

3.3 Treatment Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for all clients, the results of treatments can vary from person to person. Canova Medical does not guarantee specific results from any treatment.

Clients should have realistic expectations about the outcomes of treatments, which will be discussed during consultations.

3.4 Aftercare

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by Canova Medical practitioners. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the results of treatments and could lead to complications.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure

All fees for consultations and treatments are as quoted at the time of booking. Canova Medical reserves the right to amend its fees at any time, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment for consultations is due at the time of booking. Payment for treatments is due as specified in the treatment plan provided following consultation.

Canova Medical accepts payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.

4.3 Deposits

For certain treatments, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. The amount of any deposit will be advised at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 By Clients

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation or treatment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the consultation or treatment fee.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or treatment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may incur a charge equivalent to the full consultation or treatment fee.

5.2 By Canova Medical

Canova Medical reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations or treatments at its discretion. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any deposit paid.

Canova Medical will not be liable for any expenses incurred by clients as a result of cancellations or rescheduling by Canova Medical.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canova Medical’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with any treatment or consultation provided to a client shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for such treatment or consultation.

Canova Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages, even if advised of the possibility of such losses or damages.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude Canova Medical’s liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • Any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Canova Medical will collect, use, and store client data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Complaints

Canova Medical is committed to providing high-quality services to all clients. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, they should contact us in the first instance to discuss their concerns.

Formal complaints should be made in writing to the address below. We will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Canova Medical reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all consultations and treatments booked after the date of posting.
